Bishop Hall was a praying man. He counted it a privilege to serve the Lord by ministering to “His” sheep; to motivate, inspire and instruct leaders and laypersons to fulfill God’s command to become fisher’s of men and to disciple God’s sheep; to bring reconciliation to the body of Christ through marriage, family, and multiracial/multicultural programs; to promote the establishment of churches and related ministries in the USA and foreign countries.

Bishop Hall devoted himself to the work of the Lord and to the community in which God had placed him. His first teachings to his congregation were, "Do Not Stay In The Place That You Are In" & "You Must Get An Education."
